Activities of the NGO:
Kino Praha is a Prague based NGO, gathering all kinds of film enthusiasts and organizing international film making workshops for young film makers (directors, cinematographers, actors, sound designers, film music composers etc.). The International KinoKabarets are organized once in a year. Kino Praha is also organizing short film screenings, working on other international film projects (developing feature film, organizing film festival etc.) and is platform for informing Czech and international network about other film workshops, film festivals for young film makers, film contests, short film festivals etc.
SOME OF KINO PRAHA MEMBERS:
Haruna Honcoopová founded Kino Praha in 2011 after visiting KinoKabaret in Vienna. She immediately fell in love with the idea of Kino movement which is an international network of young film makers producing low/no budget short films of any genre. She loves making films, acting, editing, visiting film festivals, speaking foreign languages and traveling.

Alexandra Macháčová attended Kino Praha as a producer of one of the shorts and she decided to help in the organization structure of Kino Praha ever since because she liked the energy and enthusiasm which is an essential part of kino movement. She works as a creative manager for film production company and she has always some great ideas. She likes biking.
Tomáš Ton works as Sound Engineer in Czech Radio, Music Producer, Film Sound recordist/mic and boom operator, and he is becoming Sound Designer and Photographer.
He loves: Neuman U87, Gramophone, Tascam M-3500, 1/4" Analog tape, Nikon FE 35mm SLR, Fuji Superia.

Tomáš Čech: At a KinoKabaret in 2011 Tomas rediscovered his long lost love for making films. Coincidently this was also the Kabaret that should give the spark of life to the idea of founding Kino Praha.
Since then he has been mostly taking care of tasks related to Kino Praha website and doing graphic design for promo material. While slowing trying to work his old passion back into his life.
