Ülkü Oktay was one of the three winners of Nisi Masa Script Contest 2008 with her scripts Scamps.

Scamps tells a travel adventure set in Eastern Turkey through the eyes of two young schoolboys. A "feel-good" story that gives beautiful insights into the country and its culture. Ülkü Oktay is finalising post-production.

The project is supported by the Youth in Action programme (European Commission).
